Setter Lee Da-young (27, L’Arcane) could be on her way to the top four of the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) women’s league.
Vietnamese daily Tetao Van Hoa reported on Dec. 4 that “Lee Da-young, the 2018-2020 Korean V-League’s top seven, has received offers of more than $1 million (about 1.3 billion won) a year from global stages and clubs.”
Tetao Van Hoa is a sports and cultural newspaper published by Thong Thanh Xaviet Nam, the official news agency of the Vietnamese government.
The Vietnamese women’s national team is ranked 39th in the FIVB world rankings, higher than South Korea (40th).

The top four in the 2023-24 European Women’s Volleyball Reganking are: No. 1 Italy, No. 2 Turkuye, No. 3 Russia, and No. 4 Poland.
