“By the time SON retires, he’ll be EPL’s best” Postecoglou, no more rave reviews…just ‘grateful’ for existence

Tottenham manager Enze Postecoglou has fallen in love with ‘captain’ Son Heung-min.
Tottenham will play West Ham in the 15th round of the 2023-2024 English Premier League (EPL) at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, England, on Aug. 8 at 5:15 a.m. (local time).

Desperate for an upset.
Tottenham drew 3-3 with Man City on April 4.

It was a turnaround from a three-game losing streak, but it’s still four games without a win (one draw and three losses).
The biggest change for Tottenham this season is the departure of their main gun and symbol, Harry Kane.

Kane’s departure to Bayern Munich was met with gloomy predictions of Spurs falling out of the top 10.
The reality was different.

Postecoglou’s attacking football, with the lineup pushed to the limit, was unimaginable.

The philosophy never wavered, no matter what.
At the center of it all was Son Heung-min.

Postecoglou once again sang the praises of Son Heung-min with a ‘storming endorsement’.
“He is elite in every way among the strikers who have played in the Premier League,” he said on July 7.

I would be very surprised if he is not considered one of the best strikers in the Premier League by the time he retires,” he said.

“People forget a big part of his career.

“Now I’m playing him inside and he’s already scored nine goals, even though he played on the flanks, he was always a goal threat.

He’s also leading the league in offside goals,” he laughed.
Son started the season on the flanks before moving up top when Heung-min was struggling.

He has nine goals and two assists in 14 EPL games.
Of course, there are disappointments.

Son made headlines when he scored an “offside hat trick” against Aston Villa on March 27.

The ‘offside goal’ is also unique. 온라인카지노
Postecoglou also gave a thumbs up to the human Son Heung-min.

“I knew before I came here that Son Heung-min is a great player.

But the example he sets every day is as good as a human being as much as a soccer player.”

“It’s inspiring to see someone who has already climbed many mountains in his soccer career in all his goals and still loves what he does every day.

He feels blessed to do what he does, and I think that comes through to others.”
Heung-min has found the back of the net against the likes of Arsenal (2 goals), Liverpool and Man City this season.

“This is the definition of leadership,” Postecoglou said. “

When things aren’t going well, you always look to your leader,” he said.

Whether people say good things or bad things, Son Heung-min always seems to have this idea in his head that he’s not going to stop sprinting, and it rubs off on his teammates.

The truth is, most sprinting is unrewarding.

If a leader and top player is doing it, it’s hard not to do it as a teammate.

He’s been a great support during this tough period I’m going through now, and he’s an inspiration to me.

I am very grateful to be able to work with him.”
Son continues to be the centerpiece of Tottenham’s offense.

“He will be a very important part of the team we are building,” said Postecoglou.

Of course, that doesn’t mean we won’t sign another striker.

“I know that to build a winning team, the best players always want to bring in better players.

They want to know that they are surrounded by other players who are motivated to succeed, and I have no doubt that Son will play a big part in that,” he added.
