South Korean goalkeeper Kim Seung-kyu (Al Shabab) is tying the knot with model and actress Kim Jin-kyung.
“Kim Jin-kyung is getting married to Kim Seung-kyu in June,” Kim’s agency Sublime told MHN Sports on Monday.
Kim Jin-kyung rose to fame in 2012 when she won the runner-up spot on “Challenge Supermodel Korea 3. Since then, she has acted in dramas and entertainment programs such as KBS1’s “Andante,” KBS2’s “Perfume,” MBC’s “We Got Married,” and 바카라사이트 SBS’s “Law of the Jungle in Patagonia.
Recently, he appeared on SBS’s “Goal Hitting Women” and captured the attention of viewers with his performance in the FC Goochukjangshin.
Kim made his professional debut with Ulsan Hyundai (now Ulsan HD) in the K League in 2006 and has since played for Bissell Kobe, Kashiwa Reysol (Japan), and now Al Shabab (Saudi Arabia).
Kim was named to the Korean national team roster for the 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil and the Incheon Asian Games, and has since been the starting goalkeeper at the 2018 World Cup in Russia, the 2019 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Asian Cup, and the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Kim was included in the final roster for the 2023 AFC Asian Cup in Qatar in January, but was forced to withdraw after suffering an ACL injury during the tournament.
