Jeonbuk Hyundai played to a 2-2 draw against Ulsan

Moon Sun-min scored a stoppage-time equalizer as Jeonbuk Hyundai drew 2-2 with Ulsan HD in a derby.

Jeonbuk Hyundai played to a 2-2 draw against Ulsan HD in the fourth round of the Hana Bank K League 1 2024 at Jeonju World Cup Stadium on Tuesday.

The draw leaves Jeonbuk with three points from three draws and one loss, while Ulsan has two wins, two draws and eight points.

Jeonbuk played in a 4-4-2 formation. Thiago and Song Min-kyu formed the top two strikers, flanked by Lee Ji-hoon and Lee Dong-joon. Park Jin-seob and Lee Soo-bin coordinated the offense in the midfield, while the back four consisted of Kim Jin-soo, Hong Jung-ho, Gu Ji-ryong, and Kim Tae-hwan. Jung Min-ki was in goal.

Ulsan faced Jeonbuk in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Ulsan made a late substitution in the 33rd minute, removing Bojanic and bringing on Lee Chung-yong. Jeonbuk and Ulsan continued to battle for an additional goal. Jeonbuk introduced Lee Kyu-dong and Choi Chul-soon to try to turn the tide. Unable to find an additional goal, Jeonbuk and Ulsan ended the match in a draw.
