Cho started and played the full 120 minutes of the away leg of the 2023-2024 UECL playoff second leg at Stadion Voiskar Polskiego in Warsaw, Poland, on Monday (June 1).
Cho, who joined Mittwillan in July after playing for K League 1 side Jeonbuk Hyundai, was substituted during a league match on March 21 with a thigh injury and missed the first leg of the UECL playoffs at home and subsequent regular-season matches.

He was active on the day, opening up avenues of attack, but failed to capitalize on them.
Cho has four goals in official matches this season, including three in the Danish Superliga and one in the UECL qualifiers.
After tying Warsaw 3-3 at home in the first leg, Mitwylan drew 1-1 away in the second leg before losing 5-6 on penalties.

Defender Lee Han-beom, who recently joined Mittwilan from FC Seoul, was not included in the roster for the match.
Ghent (Belgium), who started Hong Hyun-seok and played until the 32nd minute, advanced with a 2-1 away win over Apoel (Cyprus) in the second leg of the UECL playoffs, 4-1 on aggregate.
